@O2 went into to collect my S20 that I have been text to tell in store. Manager tells me it's in store but I can't have until Friday as thats release day, was told when pre-ordered I could have early and been text to say pick it up but I still can't have it!!!!

@YardsKettering Hi there, that doesn't sound right, what time roughly did you visit the store? And could you confirm the date you placed your order please?

@O2 I visited at 9.30 this morning and placed my order on 13th feb
