@O2 went into to collect my S20 that I have been text to tell in store. Manager tells me it's in store but I can't have until Friday as thats release day, was told when pre-ordered I could have early and been text to say pick it up but I still can't have it!!!!

@Primark @EpicLastSong Went to Corby to exchange pair of children's rights priced £4 while also buying £35 worth of stuff still refused. The tags and packaging still all fine but no reciept, this is terrible customer service
