@o2 how can I convert my physical sim to an eSIM ? Thanks

@thecarr66639092 You can absolutely switch from a physical SIM to an eSIM — it’s nice and quick to do. The easiest way is through My O2, where you can request a replacement eSIM and download it straight to your phone. You can also do it through O2 Live (cont) bit.ly/4e5cO4x

@O2 Logged in , but can’t seem to find that option. Any pointers
