Linnked. I reimagined the lost art of handwritten letters as a typewriter-powered digital interaction. Type it. Customize it. Sign it. Share it. Then watch your recipient open a sealed envelope and see your words type themselves out, one keystroke at a time. Built entirely in @figma Make. @emmanuelbasy The worst they can say is no. The best? Endless possibilities. Don’t reject yourself before they do. Just apply.

I sent a job advert to my friend, telling him he should apply. His response? “I won’t apply for that job.” I asked, “Why not?” He said, “Over 1,000 people have already applied. I don’t think I stand a chance.” His mind was made up because he didn’t want to compete with that many people. Here’s the truth: Don’t let the number of applicants scare you off. Many of them probably aren’t even qualified for the role. When you find a job, you’re a good fit for, apply. Forget about how many others have applied. Your application might be exactly what the recruiter is waiting for. Don’t count yourself out before you even try.

@Craiveme You can connect domain to it, you own the supabse database like what i built here… PS: this was an hackathon project, i will not use it for a client project yet It’s good for designers who are looking to show more than just prototype

@0xsherifdev Question, if you used Figma to build your entire website, does Figma allow you to use that site for your own benefits? Or there’s restrictions. Cause i personally thought Figma was just used to get like first drafts of your site and stuff.

If you’re tired of falling for fake job announcements, Here’s how to be sure that a company is ACTUALLY hiring for a role. These steps usually take 5-7 minutes max: 1. Check the reposts on the job announcement. On LinkedIn especially. If employees from the company are reposting the job (eg: team leads, managers, people from that team, etc) it’s usually real. People rarely repost roles their team isn’t trying to fill. 2. Check the company’s website. Go to their careers page. If the role is listed there too, that’s a strong sign it’s legitimate. If it only exists on random job boards but nowhere on their website, pause for a minute. 3. Look at the employees on LinkedIn. Search the company → click People. Then, scroll through the employees. If you can see people working in the same department as the role, that’s a good sign. If the company barely has employees or the profiles look strange, the role might not even exist. 4. Find the hiring manager. Go to your browser and type the company’s name + Hiring Manager. You’ll usually find people responsible for hiring in that company. If someone is clearly hiring there, the role is more likely to be real. 5. Check when the role was posted.
Fresh postings usually mean they’re actively sourcing candidates.
Roles that have been reposted for months are often just building a candidate pool. 6. Check who interacted with the job post.
If people from the company liked or shared it, that’s another signal the opening is active. Hope this helps. You can share more tips in the comments. Repost to reach a wider audience. You can as well bookmark this for when you need it. Follow + turn on post notifications for more remote job updates.
