Road and infrastructure works in Budvel layout are going on at full pace. With 150 ft and 120 ft roads, and being on top of the hill, it’s starting to look like a mini Neopolis layout. Prestige Spring Heights work is also in full swing, and I can see activity on the other two Prestige plots where they are planning a hotel, mall, offices, and branded residences. Surprisingly, there is absolutely no activity on the My Home plot, even though they have filed for environmental clearance. There isn’t even basic site clearance yet. I highly doubt they will be launching the My Home Budvel project anytime soon.
