@RoyalMail I waiting for my parcel from last 2 days and it was supposed to be delivered on 20th now its 21st there is still no update on delivery. You guys are charging £12 for as so called service fee but not taking any responsibility. Worse service I have ever used in my life

@RoyalMail @PostOffice I live in Dorking, Surrey & I posted a card to Woodlands Avenue in West Byfleet, Surrey. The address was accurate & clear with the postcode & correct postage paid. After a month it suddenly arrived! It went via Woodlands Avenue in South Yorkshire! How? Why?

. @RoyalMail your service is deplorable, it's as though you weren't expecting the Christmas rush. I sent a letter via Special Delivery at a cost of £9.25, 5 days ago and still I am not able to track the delivery. Posties on the beat are doing a fantastic job, mgement is crap!!!
