Recent court wins in New Mexico and California against social media companies support our view that these platforms have harmed kids and teens and fueled the youth mental health crisis.   Washington, along with other states, is suing Meta in federal court. We’re also suing TikTok in King County Superior Court. We look forward to our day in court to protect Washington kids from having their data improperly collected and used, and from addictive features that can cause lasting harm to their mental and physical health.

Senator Schumer held TSA and FEMA funding hostage for more than 40 days for no reason. Democrats’ goal was to prevent ICE from enforcing immigration law. They failed. ICE is beyond fully funded and is still removing criminal illegal aliens. Democrats’ one accomplishment: showing the entire country that Democrats care more about illegal aliens than Americans.
