@Jeff_like_Feff Also we thought being transparent was good? We use AI on some obscure textures in our game, and thought being transparent about AI use is what people want? But getting punished for being transparent? It wouldn't work.

@Jeff_like_Feff Doing something like that would just encourage devs to be less transparent and not disclose the AI use at all! I've already seen many games with 100% AI capsule art, but no mention of AI use in the steam page.

Man the amount of AI on Steam Next Fest this time around is ridiculous. Steam, please add more visual indicators that products use AI. Put it in multiple places, and give us some filter controls please. I know that won't even stop everything, but I want to see less of it.

@3DModelsCC0 Update: After I got about five or seven of these I started making a list. Of the nine games on that list, only one of them no longer actually had a demo to download. So this IS a thing... But it does seem Steam is causing some of this problem.

I hope they start punishing developers that pull this. Games that spew out this message have no excuse- if you submitted for Next Fest... BE READY.
