@BenSherman1963 really disappointed with length of time it takes to despatch orders but even worse the total lack of reply to customer service emails. 11 days since ordering with nothing but the order confirmation and 4 days since an email was sent to customer care.

@DFSCare Terrible customer service. No updates on delays, advisors sending stock replies on live chats and now no cancellation on items 6 months overdue. Shocking

@DFS worst customer service ever. Order in November for Xmas delivery. 4 customer service live chats to cancel as they can't deliver to may. Now told can't cancel as the order is being processed. 6 months for something we neither need nor want now but just to wait then pay
