@CecPodd @ian4downton Ah yes let me guess, AI will take over? I'm not so sure. We heard the same drivel with internet/mobile banking. With an ageing population as well as vulnerabilities, there's a huge amount of consumer mistrust towards AI in financial services. Long may that continue!
