Dear contributors and community members,
After careful consideration, we have decided to focus our efforts on what lies at the heart of our vision: artificial intelligence ๐ง and cybersecurity ๐. These strategic fields represent the current and future needs, and we firmly believe our expertise can make a significant impact there.
As a result, we have made the decision to discontinue our blockchain and cryptocurrency project, including the IWT token. Unfortunately, this part of the project did not meet the expected success, even during the presale, where our team had to buy back more than half of the tokens.
๐ Context of the situation:
After the liquidity pool was created, almost no external buyers purchased the IWT token. The only significant transactions were made by us, the project team, to prevent the price from dropping too low. Additionally, many individuals who received free tokens from giveaways quickly sold them, causing a continuous and significant decline in the token's price.
However, it is possible that one or two external transactions occurred. If any users can prove their purchase via the blockchain (providing the date, transaction details, and other specifics), we will refund them at the rate at which they purchased the IWT tokens.
This is why we have decided to refund the presale contributors, while also reviewing any valid proof of purchase that may be presented. Our priority remains to close this chapter in a responsible and transparent manner.
๐ Important regarding tokens and liquidity:
We have transferred all IWT tokens to the address that created the presale. We will withdraw all the BNB funds from the liquidity pool. As a result, there will no longer be any liquidity available for trading or selling IWT tokens. This means that if the token price experiences strong fluctuations, it will be purely theoretical, as transactions will not be possible due to the lack of liquidity.
๐ Refunds:
To ensure a fair and equitable transition, we will fully refund all presale contributors. ๐ธ Refunds will be processed by December 8, 2024, within 48 hours. ๐ We kindly ask for your patience during this time. No claims will be handled before this date, as we are fully focused on processing refunds.
๐ Claim Procedure:
If, after December 7, you have not received your refund, you may submit a claim via the Contact section on our website. No requests will be processed via Twitter or Telegram.
๐ Post-Refund Communication:
Once all contributors have been refunded, we will re-announce publicly our decision to focus exclusively on artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, while moving away from the blockchain and cryptocurrency aspects. This second announcement will confirm the end of the IWT project and further emphasize our commitment to this new strategic direction.
