“Agentic workflow” is the new buzzword. Been seeing a lot of Upwork posts lately asking for one. Most of them clearly have no idea what they’re talking about. Some of these “agentic workflows” are basically just a Python script or a couple of n8n nodes. Feels more like a fashion trend at this point. But honestly, who cares? More buzzwords = more attention = more demand = more chances to make money.

One thing I realized after working on multiple projects over the last couple of weeks: - The energy lost to context switching is massive. - If you can’t protect your work block for one project just because a client asks for a quick clarification, you’re screwed. - Need clear boundaries between project work, client communication, and outreach.
