This is nonsense and predictable scaremongering from a union captured by identity politics that spends more time virtue-signalling rather than standing up for the workers it is supposed to represent. A Reform UK government will always support protections against discrimination in the workplace. No one should be treated unfairly because of their sex, race, pregnancy or disability. Many of these protections pre-date the Equality Act. Our focus is on reinstating the principle that everyone is equal before the law. We will repeal the Public Sector Equality Duty and provisions on positive action that have led to unfair recruitment policies, positive discrimination and anti-white working-class prejudice. This must end. But the TUC are so out of touch they would never understand that. Only Reform UK is the voice of working Britain.
