@ASICS_India I recently underwent knee surgery, due to which my mobility is significantly limited. I am currently unable to walk more than 50–60 meters or stand for prolonged periods due to persistent knee pain.

@ASICS_India This is with reference to my previous email regarding the issue with my ASICS Gel-Kayano 32 shoes. As advised earlier, I visited the store where the store manager examined the shoes, took photographs, and forwarded them to the company for review.

@the_avid_trader @ASICS_India I bought gel nimbus 27, shoes was defective. I reported just after 7 days. To official platform. They responded with misleading reply and behaved unprofessionally. It seems ASICS India team consider INDIAN CUSTOMER as SUBSTANDARD.

Had bad experience with @ASICS_India signature shoe Gel-Nimbus 26. It wore out within 4-5 months of daily walk usage . Asics customer care and store didn’t help. Nike products are far better than Asics based on my personal experience.
