Hi @ASICSIndia, bought Noosa Tri 16 yesterday after saving for a long time as a student. Sadly it got damaged accidentally due to an exposed iron object on the footpath. I know it’s not a manufacturing issue, but since it’s brand new, any repair/replacement help would mean a lot.

@annuaggarwall @ASICS_India Same has happened with me in context of shoe getting worn out ( though usage was 8-9 months in my case ). But spending 9-10k on a pair of shoes just for them to het worn out in ywar is heart breaking.

@ASICS_India I bought ₹17,000 shoes that got damaged in just 2.5 months of normal use. Comes with 3-month defect warranty, yet claim denied saying it’s not a defect. Even store said such damage shouldn’t happen before 1–2 years. Really disappointing.

@ASICS_India What’s disappointing isn’t the defect itself — edge cases happen in every product category. It’s that despite escalation and even a National Consumer Helpline complaint, the product has still not been physically inspected. The response has remained limited to warranty expiry.

@ASICS_India Interesting contrast.I purchased two identical pairs of Gel Resolution X shoes from ASICS India in May 2025 at ₹13,999 each. One developed progressive heel deterioration followed by a complete outsole puncture, while the second pair remains intact under identical use conditions.
