@EtihadHelp @antonoaldo @etihad @EtihadHelp getting absolutely nowhere with your customer services . My father died in uk & we had to cancel & book new flights to uk. Spent hours on the phone to call centre . Multiple failures in your system & processes. Provided all info over a month ago.

@etihad very disappointing how slow our flight refund due to the death of my father . We lodged all the paperwork weeks ago . Many hours on the phone. And had to pay for new flights . Terrible customer service
