If I had the chance, and yes we have tried to get @TuckerCarlson on the show, I would ask him a couple of questions in response to this: 1) Please explain how it is possible you see the global American Empire crumbling at the precise moment it is executing the most successful multi-national Israel-Arab alliance in all of human history? While it also replaced the leadership of Venezuela, with some of the largest crude oil deposits on the planet, without a single U.S. casualty? You may be opposed to these actions on principle, and that is a worthy argument to consider, but just based on these simultaneous successes alone how is this evidence for failing? 2) You are 56 years old, so obviously you're old enough to remember Billy Graham and the Soviet Union. Billy Graham launched his first crusade in my former hometown Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1947. His decades of revivals are one of the primary reasons why America is the last bastion of Christendom when the rest of the West has fallen. What kind of Christianity did he preach? And it was those same Protestant Christian voters who launched Reagan to the White House and ultimately won the Cold War. The kind of Protestant Christianity that existed before Graham's crusades had largely retreated from the public space. They became the mainline heretical denominations you see today. It was the denominations that believed in Zionism that were the tip of the spear for the Reagan Revolution, and now also MAGA. While you may disagree with their theology, and that is also a worthwhile argument to consider, how can you say the post-WWII Protestantism is unrecognizable or failing when it is all that actually stands in the way of America becoming the UK? Furthermore, you know who also simps for Islam as you do, Tucker, and opposes American unipolar superiority in the world? The likes of Rick Warren, who has arguably done more harm to American Protestantism than anybody until whatever it is you're currently trying to do.
Autism Capital ๐Ÿงฉ@AutismCapital

๐ŸšจTUCKER CARLSON: "You're watching the end of the global American empire. The unipolar world was great, but its over. You're watching the end of whatever American Protestant Christianity became after WW2, which is something unrecognizable." Yikes.

No other modern president has talked so openly about committing potential war crimes. Wartime presidents and their aides have usually insisted they were trying to follow international and US military law, even if they violated it in some cases. @ewong nytimes.com/2026/04/05/us/โ€ฆ

@jwsherrod @ifihadastick Couldn't care less. We have a deranged lunatic threatening to blow up the power plants and worse. Oh, you never can take him seriously, you say. You would never respond that way to the leader of any other country. No decent person wants anything to do with this

This is a deranged perspective, @ThomasEWoods. I understand opposing the war on principle, but rooting for Iran is taking that in an extreme and unhealthy direction. This will destroy libertarianism. And itโ€™s absolutely NOT true that 95% of Americans are rooting for Iran.

@JJ_McCullough Since there is a power struggle within Iran following the decapitation of the regime, there wonโ€™t be a clean cut end to the war the way we imagine it. It will end in a whimper, with gulf allies providing support.

Bingo! Plus, this wasn't all the data. Plus, his categorizations are completely absurd. Al-Jazeera neutral?
Rafe Heydel-Mankoo@RafHM

This completely misses the point Twitter was left-wing because right-wingers were silenced When @elonmusk took over, the Left weren't silenced - they fled to Bluesky. X would be more balanced if they posted again Bluesky is even more biased than X because they ban right wingers for posting content they disagree with It is the same phenomenon time and again: Left-wingers cannot handle views they strongly disagree with. The right are forced to create their own platforms simply because they are not welcome on left-dominated ones. But they do not exclude their ideological opponents. All the academic research also clearly shows that in the USA, Canada and the UK people who are liberal/left-wing are far more intolerant of people with opposing views (ie the right) than people who are conservative/right wing. (Eg Democrats & Labour voters are far less likely to be happy living next door to a Republican or Tory or having one marry into the family than vice-versa. The data is clear and unequivocal).

In my new piece in The New York Times today, I argue the Iran war has reached a point Washington still refuses to say out loud: either the U.S. escalates to a ground warโ€”or Iran emerges as a new center of global power. Think aboutโ€”what stops this future? nytimes.com/2026/04/06/opiโ€ฆ

Trump should push China to pressure the Iranian regime to back off the Strait of Hormuz. The U.S.ย could encourage China and Russia to cease any assistance they are currently providing to Iran. If they fail to respond, our support for Ukraine and Taiwan should increase, hard as that may be for Trump to swallow. nytimes.com/2026/04/04/opiโ€ฆ

Buckle up. The bullshit will be THICK this week. They're going to tell you that victory is failure. Peace is weakness. Strength is tyranny, and that being direct is a resson to use the 25th amendment. It's all bullshit. Stay pedal down and keep riding with President Trump.

What if this war ends with Iran in a stronger position than when it began, the U.S. in a weaker position in the region, and Americans facing a greater threat? To prevent that outcome, the war could drag on indefinitely. In other words, Trump may have started another forever war.

๐Ÿšจ One of Iraqโ€™s most prolific and high-profile Shia terrorist has reportedly arrived in Tehran. Abu Azrael, IRGC-linked militia commander and loyalist to Khamenei and the Islamic Republic, is now in Tehran coordinating with the regime against Iranian unrest and preparing for potential U.S. ground deployment. A former fighter against U.S. forces in 2003, he later rose through Iran-backed militias operating in Iraq and Syria. Famous for videos showing him using swords, axes, and fire on captives. He bragged about โ€œspit-roastingโ€ ISIS fighters, burning bodies, slicing charred corpses โ€œlike shawarma,โ€ and his motto โ€œIlla tahinโ€ (โ€œIโ€™ll grind you to dustโ€ / โ€œnothing but flourโ€). Even his own militia (Kataib al-Imam Ali) disavowed him at one point over a video of him burning a dead fighter. He built his reputation on sectarian violence, with documented involvement in executions, abuse of detainees, destruction of civilian areas, and publicly glorifying the desecration of bodies. PMF units tied to him have been accused by human rights groups of looting, forced displacement, and targeting Sunni communities during operations. The man who fought Americans in Iraq is now in Tehran. It would be poetic and amazing if he is killed in Iran by Americans.

I think gas prices are likely to come down this week. I mean...TACO. The markets are being that Trump is all empty talk, so we'll either get a deal, or another wimp out. Very few people (including the Iranians, FWIW) believe Trump's threats anymore.

ok but hear me out, what if, and i know for some this may be too big of an if, but what if elon bought twitter, allowed people to post what they think without being banned, people started saying what they think without fear of censorship, and it turns out most people are fairly normal and not the demonic perverts the controlled networks made them look like

BREAKING Important piece of information. All three major powers, including the US, China, and Russia, are now involved. Pakistan is the main interlocutor. While Pakistan is exchanging messages between Iran and the US, Russia and China have engaged Iran. Over the last 24 hours, Chinaโ€™s foreign minister spoke to his Russian counterpart, while Russiaโ€™s foreign minister spoke to his Iranian counterpart. Discussions focused on the proposed โ€œIslamabad Accord.โ€ The involvement of all three major powers means a potential new global order is being shaped! So, the latest peace effort is far more serious with the direct involment of big powers. Iran's public stance aside, it will be difficult for Tehran to explicitly say NO to Russia and China. Fingers crossed

TDS and MAGA have killed right wing politics in Canada. The leftists have used peopleโ€™s feelings for Donald Trump and whatโ€™s happening in America, to move people further left, through fear tactics and Trump-a-phobia. It started during the last Canadian election, where it seems like the Liberal campaign strategy was to draw similarities between Polievre and Trump, leveraging the TDS of Canadians to turn them against the Conservatives. Then the term โ€œMaple MAGAโ€ was introduced - again, by the Liberals - as a way of scaring people away from voting Conservative. The Liberals were aware of how divisive Trump was, and leveraged his comments about the 51st State as a way of turning people to the left. Every single thing Trump said or did, they were able to convince Canadians that Poilievre was on board with. Every single thing Canadians disliked about Trump, the Liberals were able to convince Canadians that Poilievre was the same. Canadians didnโ€™t elect Carney because they were voting for Carney. He was elected because Canadians were voting against Trump. Or against the guy that the Liberals convinced them was Trump. And now Canada is stuck with a PM whoโ€™s far, far worse than what they believed Poilievre was. And theyโ€™re still so filled with hate and TDS that theyโ€™d vote for him again tomorrow.
