@reinahardy Support basicly linked me to the terms of service and said there's nothing you can do but pay up or leave. I'm choosing the latter.

@reinahardy Just got off a live chat with them for exactly this. I host 5 other artists. Have been with them for over a decade. Paid for my hosting two months ago and now feel like I've been shanked.
