@bluehost Pls refer to Case ID I-26008722. Purchased 1-year Malware protection. Simple WordPress site has been down for 10 days. Support keeps stringing it along for 24 hours because they have not received token from SiteLock. Imagine if this was a Store holding up biz :(

Dear @Bluehost, I purchased the AI All Access Pack on 30 June, expecting unrestricted access to the included AI models. However, after only 3 days of normal usage, most of the premium models have been locked until next month. This is highly misleading. If strict monthly usage caps exist, they should be clearly disclosed before purchase. Calling it "AI All Access" creates expectations that are not being met. I request an immediate explanation and a fair resolution. Please review my account and address this issue promptly. @bluehost #AI #Transparency

DO NOT USE @bluehost Apparently they just started using cloudflare and it’s not set up properly. My agency has multiple client websites that are actively blocked from Google and AI crawlers. This damage is total loss of new search visibility. Audit it now.
