@Alejandro27Ale
Don't blame me, I voted for Harris.

We cannot and we will not allow an out of control Supreme Court working in conjunction with Republican officials pushing an extremist agenda to take away our freedoms and our personal autonomy.

A lot of these armchair agitators fancy themselves radicals or “abolitionists” or heirs to the Civil Rights and anti-Vietnam War movements, and the truth is they wouldn’t be able to take one afternoon at a Woolworth’s counter, or even 1% of what protesters in the 1960s faced.

Again, *protests are not just emotional therapy sessions*. They are DEMANDS, tied to STRATEGY. Clearly Democrats are (in theory*) going to listen to people in a political coalition with them. What does Trump care about college/left protests? He doesn't need their votes! *But no

Brad Lander now declares he opposes all U.S. aid for Israel, including for Iron Dome missile defense, after previously supporting defensive aid, citing human rights as he looks to unseat Rep. Dan Goldman, @jacobkornbluh reports exclusively in @jdforward. forward.com/brad-lander-ai…

Eric Swalwell has taken a page out of the Trump playbook by attempting to silence women. Today we learned he is intimidating survivors, serving cease and desist letters on those coming forward with stories of sexual harassment and abuse. He sent this threat in the dead of night — another attempt to delay the truth. Deny the allegations. Question the women's motives. Suggest a conspiracy. This is what it looks like when powerful men get caught. These cease and desists are a disgusting abuse of power against brave women who are courageously working together to share their stories. It begs the question: if Swalwell has done nothing wrong, as his campaign claims, why not let the women tell their stories in the light of day? Our team remains steadfast. We will not relent. The women will not recant. They continue to work with legal support to protect themselves while sharing their accounts of Swalwell's pattern of predatory behavior and abuse. I am impatient. The women are impatient. But we trust this process. Their stories will be out soon.

Centrist libs are diet republicans and we need to start treating them like the republicans they want to be.

I’ll refer you to the Selma protests, and George Wallace, also known as Bloody Sunday. The world saw nonviolent protestors violently attacked on a bridge by their own government for wanting to vote. It was so horrific that a few days later Lyndon B Johnson presented the Voting Rights Act to Congress. Obviously, these protestors shouldn’t lose their lives, but it isn’t futile to attack Trump and Vance. Trump is reactionary and easily embarrassed. He would absolutely hate it if protestors showed up at his rallies and disrupted them in the same fashion they did Kamala Harris on her book tour. That would generate a lot of media coverage and create the disruption they’re looking for. But many of them won’t do it because it was more important to make the Democrats pay than to actually hold power accountable consistently.

Elissa Slotkin hit back after Hasan Piker criticized her for going on Bill Maher's show but not his livestream. "He calls me stupid like every other week," she told our @adamwren. "What normal human being would choose to go on a show when someone calls you stupid every 10 days."

The DNC just passed a resolution condemning dark money. That’s a start, but not enough. Billionaire-funded super PACs—AIPAC, AI, crypto & others—are spending hundreds of millions to defeat any candidate who crosses them. They should be banned from Democratic primaries. Period.

Why didn't Democrats seek the release of the Epstein Files during the Biden years? "The political class was not rushing to come to the aid of these survivors," says @RoKhanna (and that includes Democratic donors) @today_explained @voxdotcom
