Jackson Chourio could be activated today. No fantasy implications except you're happy to have him in your lineup soon. One of the best young bats in the game.
Andrew Vaughn on the other hand, is a deep league add if you need 1B. He's looked fantastic as a Brewer.

Big day brewing for the #Brewers. Andrew Vaughn is expected back from his rehab assignment and should rejoin the Brewers’ lineup imminently, adding some thump the middle of the order has been missing. Jackson Chourio is the wild card. He fouled a ball off his foot in Nashville on Saturday and exited early. X-rays were clean, but the Brewers are still evaluating soreness and whether he can be activated today or needs a bit more time. One reinforcment in. One decision pending. The kind of day that quietly shifts a lineup’s ceiling.

Have no idea how Target Field would accommodate a retractable roof without significant changes to the upper level of the infrastructure.
It wasn't originally included due to cost, but also architectural restraints given the small downtown footprint.
Also no way that is completed in an offseason with no interruption to play.

Hyeseong Kim seems to have figured something out. He has cut his K% down and while the .444 BABIP is way high, even a regression to his .282 xBA will play.
