Happened to me too after completely legit posts that got a real useful conversations going. Mods are trigger happy with new users, definitely not supporting and trusting new people. I appealed to get the account reactivated and immediately got it back though, but all of this feels arbitrary and totalitarian.

@AlexCommitter Okay 😂 I’m not sure about how Reddit users feel coz my account was shadow banned lately 😂

@ritu_twts I’m so glad I already know how to code. The question is valid…

🥳FIIIIIIIRST SAAAAAAAAAAAALE! 🥳
We finally did it!
The notification we’ve been waiting for just popped up, it feels incredible after all the hard work.
A few weeks ago, we took a leap and pivoted our entire offer.
Today, we have our first real proof that it was the right move.
To our first client:
We’re going to treat you like royalty. Your project is amazing, and we’re going all out to over-deliver.
Motivation is at 1000%. (And this is just the beginning!)

I f*cking love the agency founder lifestyle.
- Working on helping clients ship real products
- Got an interesting project request from a SaaS founder, started scoping and are about to sign
- Get payment notifications at random times
- Get "Apple rejected our app" messages at random times
- Something interesting is happening with DreamLaunch next month
- Think about and work on client acquisition and case studies
- No fixed office hours, no daily standup
- If some day I don't feel like taking calls, I just don't
- Also planning my next trip again
- Now I take a nap in the afternoon without setting an alarm
Instead of being stuck on JIRA tickets all day, pretending to be busy.
1 year ago I was mass-applying to jobs that paid less than a single client pays me today. This is exactly what I used to dream about back then.
