Opiyo Wandayi, the Minister for Energy has without number demonstrated his complete lack of knowledge on energy matters & has shown he is a flower girl in the Ministry. As he has refused to resign & the President because of Broad-Based Marriage may not sack him, I suggest a solution. Let him be swapped with Geoffrey Ruku, the Minister for Public Service. I know Ruku & I know his knowledge & understanding of things is thousand miles away from Wandayi. Let Ruku be Minister for Energy. Let Wandayi go to Public Service.
