جاویدنام #آنیسا_هوشنگی_کشکولی، جوان ۲۱ ساله، از ترکهای ایل قشقایی و دانشجوی علوم پزشکی دانشگاه ارومیه، شامگاه پنجشنبه ۱۸ دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در فلکه اصلی چنارشاهیجان (قائمیه) از توابع کوهچنار فارس با شلیک مستقیم نیروهای رژیم جمهوری اسلامی جان باخت.
آنیسا، دختری جوان از کوهچنار بود؛ با آیندهای که هنوز در آغاز راهش بود، با رویایی که در دانشگاه و در مسیر پزشکی دنبال میکرد، و با زندگیای که هنوز باید سالهای بسیاری پیش رو میداشت.
اما گلوله، پیش از فردای او رسید.
بر اساس روایتهای منتشرشده، آنیسا هدف شلیک مستقیم قرار گرفت و مقابل بیمارستان جان سپرد.
پیکر این فرزند ایران را در روستای الیاسآباد چنارشاهیجان به خاک سپردند.

But some betrayals are so vast, so cruel, that words feel painfully small.
This is not simply a political decision.
It is a wound cut into the heart of a nation ,and an insult to the blood of thousands who gave everything for a free Iran. How do you even begin to explain a betrayal like that?

I don’t recognize President Trump sometimes.
His tone, his way of words, the way he somehow, for some degree, defends the number one sponsor of terror, the Islamic regime of Iran, while at the same time criticizing Israel for defending itself.

This morning, I met with @EmilyThornberry Chair of the House of Commons Foreign Affairs Committee, and other members of the Committee to discuss the situation inside Iran, the Islamic Republic’s repression of the Iranian people, and the urgent need to place the people of Iran at the centre of UK policy.
I made clear that dealing with a regime that murdered more than 40,000 Iranians in January is not only morally wrong, but strategically misguided.
Any agreement that preserves this regime or its remnants will fail. The Iranian people will not accept it.
With or without international support, the people of Iran will overthrow this regime. Freedom will come to Iran.

تله مذاکره ترامپ برای ج.ا بررسی یک احتمال اشتیاق بیش از حدترامپ برای توافق عجیبه؟ پذیرفتن فرمول پیشنهادی ج. ا عجیبه؟ اینکه هر دو طرف میگن مذاکرات خیلی مثبت بوده عجیبه؟ شاید ترامپ طعمه مذاکره را برای این حیوان گرسنه گذاشته، قلاب رو شل کرده تا با طعمه بازی کند و به آن نوک بزند 👇

ترامپ در ۸ مه ۲۰۱۸ آمریکا را از برجام خارج کرد، چون میگفت برجام «مشکل اصلی» را حل نکرده و فقط آن را عقب انداخته است. دلیلهای اصلی او اینها بود:
۱. بندهای زماندار
بعضی محدودیتهای برجام بعد از چند سال تمام میشدند. ترامپ میگفت یعنی رژیم صبر میکند و بعد دوباره جلو میرود.
۲. غنیسازی کاملاً صفر نشده بود
برجام برنامه هستهای را نابود نکرد؛ فقط محدود کرد. ترامپ میگفت این کافی نیست.
۳. برنامه موشکی داخل توافق نبود
موشکهای بالستیک و توان حمل کلاهک در متن اصلی برجام مهار نشده بود.
۴. نیابتیها و دخالت منطقهای پوشش داده نشده بود.
حزبالله، حوثیها، سوریه، عراق، لبنان؛ برجام به این شبکهها کاری نداشت.
۵. پول و تنفس اقتصادی به رژیم داد
دولت ترامپ میگفت رفع تحریمها رژیم را پولدارتر کرد و این پول میتواند صرف سرکوب و نیابتیها شود.
۶. ماهیت جمهوری اسلامی
۷. از ضعفهای مهم برجام همین بود: قدرت و نقش چین و روسیه

MoU (Memorandum of Understanding)
یادداشت تفاهم یک مستند است که بعد از اینکه گروهی با هم مذاکره شفاهی کردند و میخواهند مذاکراتی که انجام دادهاند را مکتوب کنند و آن را به امضا برسانند، تعریف میشود.
مستند از نظر قانونی قابل استناد نیست و چیزی شبیه به یک صورتجلسه محسوب میشود که طرفین آن را امضا میکنند تا در آینده با هم به توافق برای امضای قرارداد نهایی برسند.
در توافق یا Agreement، طرفین ملزم به انجام تعهدات هستند!
