Genius way to save a parking spot for your friend




Everything I did today: Axle bar deadlifts 405 10x2, axle bar static holds with 315x3 for as long as possible, Axle bar strict rows 225x6x8, some cable lat pulldowns and some bicep stuff. So for years I trained fasted but a year or so ago I convinced myself I had to eat before I trained. Now Im training fasted on caffeine and creatine and theres literally no difference. Also Im not on TRT or any other PEDs right now although I have used them in the past. This is just pure old man strength.
