Hmmm, driving down the A13 just now, as I was coming off to the M25 a white Mk5 Supra blasted past, weaved through traffic like a tosser, really dangerous driving. Joined the M25 and 30s later it all comes to a stop. Been stationary for 10mins. What’s the betting it’s the Supra?

@marxar @ryanattar If this father has chosen to go low carb for his daughter that should be explained. There are so many misconceptions out there that this clip adds fuel to that fire. We eat well and balanced with a fantastic HBA1C, I won’t deny my child an ice lolly 🙄

@jeffgrim71 @MasterChefUK @BBCiPlayer He didn’t deny his daughter sweets. He gave his daughter a sweet that doesn’t take an industrial dose of insulin and then have to deal with potential roller coaster numbers after. That’s really great of him.

@ryanattar This came across very badly and only increases the stigma about T1. If this man chooses to go down the route of low carb then fair enough but that should have been explained. It only fuels the stigma around type1

@ryanattar That dessert is still massively carb heavy? my daughter has a well balanced diet I don’t have deny, her HBA1C has been in the low 40’s the past 4 years. She can have an ice cream with friends, an ice lolly at a BBQ.
