Nintendo really needs to do a better job with marketing their stuff for this year, like I do think this year might be pretty solid (It's already better than the Switch 1's god awful Second Year) but I feel like they really need to be more transparent with their first party stuff

Just think if Nintendo had the sense to just delay this game to launch with the Switch, without the gamepad controls, it’d have sold at least 5 million copies instead of 5 copies.

Imagine a Pokemon game where you start in Kanto and travel through 6 regions, ending in Kalos.
Kanto ->Johto -> Hoenn -> Sinnoh -> Unova -> Kalos
After completing each region, you must lock in one Pokemon from that journey.
By the time you reach Kalos, you’ll have 6 locked Pokemon…
And that becomes your final battle team.
Your entire adventure decides your champion squad.
The final battle?
Professor Oak - who became a professor after completing the Pokedex and catching every Pokemon from every region.

And honestly that’s okay after 30 years. Somewhere along the way we’ve gotta accept that the original 151 was a once in a lifetime lightning in a bottle moment in time.

Creatures and Gamefreak have just as much power,and if something happened to Nintendo they would continue operations and probably mutiplat. Thing is they all kinda got there roles but Nintendo mostly just publishes the localizations
