Mi equipo está contrarando mucho de nuevo, esta vez para un nuevo equipo en Dublín que llevará la parte de Backups.
Lo malo es que invierto bastante tiempo en entrevistas, 3 horas a la semana mínimo.
Lo bueno es que puedo ayudar a filtrar y elegir futuros compañeros con los que me gustaría trabajar.
Es complicado sacar información y estar seguro en sólo una hora de entrevista, pero en general todos los anteriores candidatos que entrevisté y acabaron siendo contratados salieron muy bien!

@juanmacias Haz pruebas con documentación muy similar a ver si el retrieval funciona con certeza o te trae lo primero que ve, tuve problemas eso hace algunos meses, si es cierto que tuve que hacer muchas cosas a mano, pero ese fue mi más grande problema, referencias similares.
