Election Time ⏲️ West Bengal Astrological Prediction.. Hello everyone, I must share one thing before sharing my analysis on this election.. So now whatever data I could get for her and rest based on TMC ,BJP ,Modi ji and other top leader data I have got, I have done a very detailed analysis as much as I could do.. So as per my astrological analysis BJP has the best chance to win 🏆 Bengal this time .. Its a very close well fought election astrologically also its clear.. But as per my analysis this time BJP has a slight edge over TMC/Mamata.. In all probability they should cross the majority mark or reach very close to it.. And end this black rule of TMC in bengal.. Rest just a humble reminder.. I am only a human and a very humble student practicing this great Jyotish vidhya given to us by Mahadev.. Yes I have been very accurate in last 5-6 years with my predictions commanding accuracy about 85-90 percent.. Still I can wrong and make mistakes in my calculations.. If that happens .. 1. Biggest win is in West Bengal. Within 10 years look how far BJP has gone from 3 to nearly 200
2. Retaining Assam with even higher number of seats with no signs of anti incumbency.

Infosys asked employees to return to office under its hybrid policy
Now employees are asking a very simple question:
Why spend hours getting to office just to sit on calls with teammates working from somewhere else?
If the work is still online and the team is still remote, what exactly is the office fixing?

If it was about collaboration, they'd fix the problem where your teammate in Pune is on a Teams call with you while you're sitting in the Bangalore office. That's the same experience as being at home.
10 days a month in office sounds reasonable on paper. But Infosys has 337,000 employees spread across dozens of development centers. The chances of your actual team being in the same building on the same day are low. So you drive 90 minutes in Bangalore traffic, badge in, sit at a hot desk, join the same video calls you would've joined from home, and drive 90 minutes back.
Actually this is because of their real estate investments. These companies have massive campuses with 30-year leases. Empty buildings are a line item that shows up in investor calls. Getting people back fills the campus, justifies the cost, and looks good in the ESG report.
They could solve the collaboration problem by syncing team schedules and making in-office days meaningful. Instead they're auditing swipe records from January to March to catch people who went to a different office.
Infosys needs to do better.
