'Leaving the Matrix' isn't about leaving woke liberalism to become a rightwinger. It is about leaving the Left-Right paradigm and engaging with reality as it is.

@MisericordeF Thanks for the thoughtful response. I should have clarified this refers to online evangelism.

I honestly don't think it's a fair assessment. First of all, it makes sense from their perspective to criticize Islam before evangelizing us, because we Muslims won't seriously consider converting to Christianity as long as we believe Islam to be True, as much as serious well-catechized Catholics won't seriously consider the Truth claims of Islam as long as they trust that the Magisterium of the Catholic Church was established by God. Any serious kind of engagement between us will then have to begin by respectfully refuting each other's paradigm. Furthermore, while I have witnessed (and anticipated) over the years the growth of Christian polemics against Islam and while it's a huge industry (by the way I think we should invest more money in respectfully refuting Christianity, by hiring full-time apologists and paying them, a fair, but non-extravagant, salary and being very transparent about it), it's still relatively speaking a niche subject in Christian Apologetics. As a matter of fact, Catholic Answers, probably the largest Catholic apologetic organization in the US, has a budget of over 6 million dollars each year, while they have just barely begun engaging more with Islam. Other Catholic or Protestant apologetic ministries also barely mention Islam and engage more with Atheists. Jay Smith, a well-known figure in anti-Islam Christian missionary circles, lamented the fact some years ago that polemics against Islam were never taught in Christian apologetic universities (I think tho it's changing). Also, I think many Christians online went from one relativistic extreme 'all religions are the same' and a naive engagement with Islam to the opposite attitude. I don't think it's healthy at all but that's also the result of the blowback of our strategy over the decades regarding our presentation of Islam to the West. We overemphasized aspects of our Religion that aligned with liberalism, while it was an honest mistake on our part and we had no malicious intent, it backfired against us when non-Muslims found out that some aspects of our Faith contradicted the liberal paradigm and felt we've deceived them. That's why the whole narrative regarding the concept of 'Taqiya' intensified. That's why we must begin to see things from the perspective of anti-Islam Christians, to better understand our theological opponents in order to change the tone of the whole conversation, to all start engaging with each other with respect but without religious relativism.

@ViteazulD @L1lL3l Ok but lay Christians aren't figuring complex theology when thinking about God in everyday life. Mind reverts to Father or Jesus.

@L1lL3l @Archetypical20 They cannot be Christian if they deny the godhood of the Son. What about the church fathers, ecumenical councils, apostles? They all stated Jesus is God. Lord have mercy

My interactions with Christians has led me to believe there seem to be two types, those more instinctively monotheistic who worship the Father and see Jesus as a mere means to Him, and those who are more absorbed in worship of the image of Jesus (more idolatrous from our stance).

Trump casually says 'I have great respect for Pakistan' after learning about Pakistan opening land routes with Iran Meanwhile, our 'Vishwaguru' Modi ji is busy doing what? Begging for American attention. Pakistan is making moves, building corridors, and Trump respects them. And we Indians are still doing 'Howdy Modi' shows for likes. Shame on this weak foreign policy! Modi has turned India into a joke.

The DNA is of Jewish Yemenis = The same as other Yemenis. The DNA of Jewish Iranians = The same as other Iranians. The DNA of Jewish Ethiopians = The same as other Ethiopians. Ashkenazim are descendants of Roman converts to Judaism who later settled in East Europe and intermarried. Jews from North Africa = A mix between Spanish, Berbers and Arabs. This also does not take into account the fact that, every year, tens of thousands of people convert to Judaism. In other words, it is a RELIGION, not a distinct nation or ethnicity.

Are the Jews indigenous to the Levant? Er, No. The truth is that Ashkenazi Jews come mostly from Eastern Europe, with origins in the Caucasus, Turkey and Iran. Sephardim, are mostly of Arab and Berber origins. They are ‘Arab Jews’ with perhaps as little connection to Palestine as the Ashkenazim.  There is, in other words, no unitary ‘Jewish people’ with any historically continuous claim to the land of Palestine. Sorry about that. english.almayadeen.net/articles/analy…
Josh Howie@joshxhowie

@AmmarKazmi DNA proves Jews are indigenous to the Levant region. As I imagine your DNA will show you being indigenous to somewhere far far away from there. Yet you’re totally obsessed with Jews because of your ideology. Please leave us alone.

Obviously I don't wish for more bombardment of Iran, but part of me understands that a last volley may be the only face saving move Trump can employ before declaring victory and leaving. If he sinks further, it is destruction.

Why are some people trying to hide the Epstein relationship with muslims and Islam? How & why did he obtain “Kiswa”, and where is the outrage? The left, the far right, and the muslims were obsessed with the #Epsteinfiles so let’s see their reaction to this. We demand answers.

@AkyolinEnglish @khanemawlana Sir doesn't it feel odd as a Muslim to spend all your days critiquing various Muslim govts? Dont we get enough of that from non-Muslims? Can we just respect that different countries based on their own history & practices manifest govts their own ways and we can disagree?

The Taliban regime imposes its own interpretation of Islam on all of society. What are the Islamic arguments against that? Can the Qur’anic verse “No compulsion in religion” point toward a solution? Tonight, we’ll discuss this with Afghan scholars at Rumi House, @khanemawlana:

@Archetypical20 Those who deny the Son deny the Father, and therefore are not Christians. The hundreds of Church Fathers agree, the apostles agree, the direct disciples of Jesus agree. The opinion of the uneducated cannot falter over the infallible ecumenical councils
