my dad almost got arrested in a one man protest outside an Ashley HomeStore bc they didn’t deliver my brother and my’s mattresses on time so we slept on camping cots. this tweet sums up that experience for him.

@AshleyHomeStore @AshleyHomeHelp sold me faulty furniture about a year ago. I was under a 1yr warranty and bought extended insurance. My sofas started declining in under a year. The manufacturer warranty and insurance won’t replace my sofas or give me refund. Don’t buy from them.

@AshleyHomeHelp So they delivered the new chair and left the old one after I was told that they would pick up at the same time of delivery. All I want is a refund on the 1st chair, have it pick up and I'm done. This is the worst experience ever!!!
