@AshleyHomeStore Extremely disappointed—sectional sofa seats started sinking almost immediately and are now unusable. Chasing resolution since Jan 2026 (6+ follow-ups), no progress. Extended warranty purchased. Clearly defective. Need urgent inspection + permanent fix

@AshleyHomeStore been a customer for years, but after this last experience, I will not continue. First and second delivery were wrong. Took three deliveries to get it right. Can’t get my refund and customer service people can’t speak English. This has been a horrible experience!

Daily reminder for everyone to not buy furniture from @AshleyHomeStore . The furniture is poor quality and their customer service is severely lacking. Impossible to escalate issues. Not sure they even have managers.

@AshleyHomeStore ordered a sectional piece Nov 2, 2025 they changed the delivery date 6 times without even notifying me. The item is paid in full. It was scheduled for tomorrow I check the site and it says Feb 21st. I called, talked to 2 people with limited English - no help. ugh
