@AshleyHomeStore @AshleyHomeHelp sold me faulty furniture about a year ago. I was under a 1yr warranty and bought extended insurance. My sofas started declining in under a year. The manufacturer warranty and insurance won’t replace my sofas or give me refund. Don’t buy from them.

@AshleyHomeHelp So they delivered the new chair and left the old one after I was told that they would pick up at the same time of delivery. All I want is a refund on the 1st chair, have it pick up and I'm done. This is the worst experience ever!!!
