You might know that the Clearbrief platform in Word automatically analyzes your document to detect citations and display the source in the righthand side of Word. Clearbrief does this for both factual and legal sources, and now LexisNexis legal research subscribers can link their subscription to view any legal source right from Lexis - while drafting in Clearbrief. Clearbrief is used to find factual evidence to support any idea you need to bolster in your writing, as well as: - create instant hyperlinked timelines - turn those timelines into Verified (hyperlinked) demand letters and statements of fact -instantly create a Table of Authorities, exhibits for filing, and hyperlinked pleadings for secure filing with the court and clients. And critically: Clearbrief also gives you an AI score that flags where your writing may not be supported by the case or statute you cited, and highlights bad citations to fake cases. We believe that checking over the cited law and evidence has to be simple and quick, or attorneys may not do it thoroughly. With this integration, Lexis subscribers can now seamlessly click on the displayed case from within Clearbrief. 3⃣ Younger generations are more diverse and value diversity more highly than older generations. Having a diverse workforce and leadership makes your company more desirable for younger customers.

A non-diverse team with non-diverse leaders will struggle to identify, recruit, hire, and retain talented people from diverse backgrounds. A diverse team with diverse leaders doesn't have that weakness.

There's a belief out there that attempts to promote diversity in hiring must be rooted in political ideology. In fact, there's a strong case that it's in the pure business interest of companies to increase hiring and promotion of black, Latino, and Indigenous candidates. 💸💸💸
