@Ayemstudios @sebiomo_ He didn’t say it’s invalid Leading with that just comes off harsh, the presentation can be better even if you’re being candid.

Working with different people over the years and at different companies, this is not how you give feedback. The points about colour, typography and presentation might be valid but leading with 0/10 and calling it low effort doesn't help anyone improve, it just shuts them down. Critique the work, not the person.

2023, I missed my convocation. I missed my induction. I don’t have a single group picture with my lecturers or the people I graduated with. I couldn’t go for NYSC I didn't celebrate anything I couldn't afford it. I’ve never really “done life” the way people assume. I didn’t go

You can still scale through but the industry is less forgiving now. Talent alone won’t save you. You need strategy, positioning and visibility. If you’re not willing to do this, then maybe don’t choose design in 2026.

Day 4 of 30days Q1 is gone. And if you're a creative who spent the whole quarter posting, designing, trying but barely earning… Pause. This thread might be exactly what fixes Q2. Let's be honest. Most creatives in Q1 were busy not building. There's a difference. Busy = posting without direction. Building = learning from the right people and applying it. When I was starting out, I consumed content like my survival depended on it. Pages like Caesar Graphics and Mez Graphics sharpened my thinking fast. The right accounts can do in weeks what years of trial and error can't. So I have compiled few accounts here that are super good at what they do, from brand identity, designs, content creation as a creative, Utilizing Ai and even earning beyond your skill i.e you don’t need to wait till you get a client before you earn. We’re all still learning, no matter how experienced we think we are. Honest feedback is important, but delivery matters. Saying something is “0/10” doesn’t teach, it shuts people down.
