A shocking incident came out of Odisha, where a man exhumed his late sister’s grave and carried her skeleton to a bank — all to prove that she was no longer alive. He had been trying to withdraw ₹20,000 from her account, but the bank staff kept demanding that the account holder appear in person. Even after he repeatedly explained that she had passed away, his words were ignored. Left frustrated and unaware of the proper legal procedure, he resorted to this extreme and disturbing step. The incident highlights not only a lack of awareness among people about formal processes, but also a serious gap in empathy and basic human understanding within the system.

In all humility and with complete respect for judiciary, I have written the following letter to Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma, informing her that pursuing Gandhian principles of Satyagraha, it won’t be possible for me to pursue this case in her court, either in person or through a counsel. I have taken this difficult decision after coming to the clear conclusion that the proceedings being conducted in her court do not, in any manner, satisfy the fundamental principle that ‘justice must not only be done but must also be seen to be done’. My participation in these proceedings, either myself or through a counsel will not achieve anything meaningful.

Who is responsible for doing away with Military coaches in which soldiers could travel without reservation? Why can’t gallantry pass holders book their seat online as others do. Why do these injured soldiers have to stand in long queues. @adgpi @RailMinIndia
