@TheGriftReport She's unworthy of marriage and she knows it. I think this is why hoes often sabotage their own serious relationships.

Emily Atack, 36, jokingly admits she misses one-night stands, now she’s stuck in bed every night with snoring fiancé Alistair Garner and dog Penelope sprawled across her pillow. The Inbetweeners star posted the chaotic Instagram video from bed, captioning it: “God I miss one night stands” and begging fans to turn the sound up. She and Alistair got engaged last July, just after welcoming baby son Barney in June 2024.

@WorldByWolf If you want people to be good you need to convert them to Catholicism. Yes, Boomers are particularly evil, but everyone (including Tucker) just gripes instead of naming the solution - Catholicism. Why do people still not get this?

Boomers as a generation are just the worst. My parents are boomers so no I’m not saying they’re all bad but as a whole they are just the worst people. Selfish, arrogant, patronising, destructive, solipsistic, self-righteous, feudal, and they destroyed centuries of social fabric.

@findveritasx @yesiwetmyplants @needGod_net Most of these people are not engaging in good faith. They despise God and His Church, which is why they constantly lie about Her. It's not worth debating, because 1) they're dishonest and 2) they're not actually listening Just pray for them.

The absolute pride and stupidity of you people is astounding. Jesus himself could come down and explain theology to you and you’d continue to keep up this obstinate foolishness. You aren’t fighting a good fight and getting push back for it, you are constantly lying and misrepresenting and ignoring the illogical and ignorant gaps you have in your theology. Instead of engaging in good faith you lash out and pretend to be a victim. During a Holy Week where we should be focused solely on Christ and his death and resurrection you people act like demons and attack and distract from Christ. It’s so tiresome, and frankly you seem to be so engrossed in this I’m not sure why any good faith person continues to engage with you. The unfortunate thing is it sadly has an effect on your soul, and I truly hope one day you realize this.

@ComeHometoRome 💯 Mind-blowing to be in OCIA & learn ACTUAL Church doctrine vs. what some retarded or dishonest pastor said it teaches. We need a law that anyone who publicly talks about Catholic doctrine must attend OCIA first (they don't have to join, just learn).

I was lied to my whole life about what the Catholic Church taught and believed. I never got a truthful answer from any Protestant pastor. Once I finally researched it, I was brought to tears at the deepness of beauty, goodness, thoughtfulness, and above all, the eternal pillar of Truth that Scripture tells us the Catholic Church is. Thank you Jesus Christ.

Don't be fooled. Majority of these Roman Catholics and Eastern Orthodox don't read church history or the fathers themselves. They depend on partial quotes fed to them by their favorite online apologist.

@revenant_MMXX It also didn't happen accidentally. There was a massive push to get my female classmates to become lawyers, doctors, etc. Teen pregnancy was also talked about as if it's a life-ruining, world-ending disaster. It was truly ridiculous.

Every single half-baked explanation for why fertility declined is downstream of the actual reason, which is young women "getting educated" and joining the work force en masse. People will say literally anything other than "women, at scale, are having careers instead of kids."
Lauren Chen@TheLaurenChen

Boomers don't want to hear this, but one of the (many) reasons why my generation isn't having as many kids? A lot of millennials feel they can't depend on their parents for help the way they saw their own grandparents pitch in when they were growing up

@BarkMoney_ Lots of people read their Bible and come to incorrect conclusions, which is one of the reasons God gave us the Catholic Church - to interpret and uphold Scripture. Here's Catholic doctrine on homosexuality (for all who are confused): catholichawaii.org/media/224236/h…

Jaden Ivey wouldn’t look “crazy” if actual Christians read their bibles. I can’t be mad at the world for not knowing scripture. You can always tell the ones that just quote and never read: “God says don’t judge” or “God is Love” is the first thing they say 😂😂

@Pat_Stedman ""He struggled with lust" is more feminist nonsense pathologizing the male drive - this is a 20 something year old man, you think it's a moral failing that sex is on his mind?" 💯Absurd hatred of male sexuality is especially RAMPANT in Protestant America.

I don't necessarily agree with this, but there's a very real problem being exposed here. If you are waiting for sex until marriage, you need to get married quickly. It is bad for sexual polarity to be celibate and date secularly as an adult (longer than 2 years) before tying the knot. Really by the time you're in your 20s you should be getting hitched within a year of seeing each other. This was pretty standard historically for a reason: it's absolutely unreasonable to expect adults to be romantically close for years without getting sexual with each other. This wastes the honeymoon phase and undermines the bond for the future. I've had numerous clients THANK me for pushing them forward because by month 9-10 they noted a growing vibe shift due to the lack of sex. Fortunately they were in the homestretch and were to be married in the next couple months. All was well, but it might not have been. But the downside of this approach is that you have less time to vet the woman. Don't get me wrong, you CAN do this for the most part, especially if you have the proper guidance from people who know what to look for (I do this regularly for clients). But most people lack the discernment and important things slip under the radar, especially younger inexperienced guys. In the past this personal vetting mattered less because your community had already pre-vetted the woman and would also essentially be acting as a guarantor of the union, both directly and indirectly. Everyone was a known quantity in values and mental health. Older generations (including even elder christian millennials) grew up in some semblance of this "christian network" and are consequently pretty naive about how things have changed. It's not like that anymore. Not remotely. So I tell the guys I work with who are in this situation the truth: you will have to be comfortable with more risk than the guy who doesn't wait until marriage. Holding off longer can actually manifest the bad outcome you'd wait to prevent; your restraint makes the woman feel undesired, which makes her question moving forward. I understand a lot of Christians don't like the existence of this conundrum, but you can't simply dismiss it either. The response I'm seeing that "you're not supposed to get married just to have sex" is a VERY secular mindset and would have been considered absurd to prior generations. "He struggled with lust" is more feminist nonsense pathologizing the male drive - this is a 20 something year old man, you think it's a moral failing that sex is on his mind? Having sex was the entire point of marriage for all of human history. It was a way to consecrate and contain this natural human impulse. Yes, it's not the only thing you should be taking into consideration when picking a wife, but (absent some dynastic plan to get inheritance / a political alliance) it was and always has been the main thing. Remember sex is the ONLY form of human connection you are unable to get from anybody else besides your spouse. The bottom line is as a theological policy you can't expect people to wait to have sex until after 25, but you also can't expect them to pick their spouse by anything much more than sheer attraction under the age of 25 either - especially if you are not helping guide them in their romantic choices in a practical or effective manner. Which I know for a fact 90%+ of these churches are not doing. These are real questions that are impacting the lives of both young men and women... but especially the men. There are many guys who have tried to do the right thing and now they are in their 30s, sometimes late 30s, and they're still unmarried virgins. They've asked their pastors or priests for help navigating this because dates are blowing up in their faces, but all they've been told are boilerplate platitudes like "to pray," or have even been chastised because the places they're meeting women aren't godly enough (night life etc.) Few godly women, meanwhile, are being presented to them - certainly not in a way that allows either side to feel attraction. This is why these guys end up working with me. The church expects them to be saints, but could care less about their earthly outcomes.
Bradley Grey@BradleyGrey_

Waiting for marriage is stupid. As a young man I was a Christian and I waited for marriage to have sex. It was a terrible decision that led to me getting married for the wrong reason - just to have sex. If we had sex before we got married I am convinced we would never have gotten married because we would have realized it's not worth it. Instead we went through with it and got divorced 5 years later. Young men can't make rational decisions when they're sex deprived.

@TaylorRMarshall I have a question, Dr. Marshall. Why do we say the blood curse (His blood be on us and on our children) during the Palm Sunday Mass when it was only the jews who said it? Was it said by the Church before V2? It seemed wrong so I didn't say it yesterday.

How to be Protestant: Get a Bible. Delete 7 books to save on printing costs. Skim the rest. Take note of the word "you." When it says something nice about you, it means "you personally." When it criticizes you, it means "other people, probably Catholics." That's it.

The idea that a non-monastic Roman citizen just opted to never have sex with his pretty wife for 40 years, and all the people who are explicitly called Jesus' brothers were his distant cousins, is a fascinating example of dogma - a thing believed because one is supposed to believe it.

There’s also something truly extraordinary and symbolic here as the whole world weighs in on Israel denying Christ’s triumphal entry into the very heart of Jerusalem — on Palm Sunday, no less.
Michael Knowles@michaeljknowles

I appreciate the Israeli government’s security concerns. I understand that they’ve closed all holy sites. They have no right whatsoever to ban the Latin Patriarch from the Holy Sepulchre on any occasion, much less on Palm Sunday.
