One of the most prolific closers in MLB history was a lefty that didn’t throw hard. Let that sink in folks. And how awesome is the captain C on the jersey?

WHY? WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO LOOK TOWARDS THE DUGOUT AND DO SOME TYPE OF SILLY HAND GESTURE? #shegone

“Why don’t you get out of the ‘laboratories’ get your ass out on the field and run and field ground balls, take fly balls, run the bases, swing the bat, throw bullpens, work on your curve ball, work on your command ? You might stay a little bit healthier” ballnine.com/2023/03/11/lab…

@LeeTrocinski You have more excuses than a bank robber. Remember, you’re the one on record saying how Gallo is an impact player. You’re opinions hold no water

@BaseballScrap Catcher is set up inside and ends up right down the middle. Even with the missed location, it is much more likely that the ball will go between 1B and 2B than down 1B line. Sometimes balls just find the hole.

@O3jfrye⁩ ⁦@AMBS_Kernan⁩ here is where today’s game is….. you have a pitcher throwing high 90s to a right handed hitter, away. No way is he going to pull him, and you have the 1st baseman 30 feet off the line. In the 9th inning no less youtu.be/9zGl5vkr4Xs

@LeeTrocinski Also, since you’re Mr. Baseball expert Lee, you missed the whole point of the post. Right handed hitter, guy throwing high 90s, and pitching away, no way he’s pulling the ball, and why 1st baseman should be on the line.

@BaseballScrap He's maybe 15 feet off line and with bases loaded 2 outs in 1-run game, a single also takes lead, so you aren't specifically worried about an XBH. This is you trying to make up ways to keep complaining about today's game. RF being that far off the line would be my only complaint.

@LeeTrocinski I see you’re still as clueless as ever Lee. Bet you’re still running your mouth, telling everyone what an impact player Gallo is this year. Do us a favor and become a fan of snow boarding and rid yourself of everything Baseball

@O3jfrye Real baseball men know you are protecting the lines there. And your second baseman is towards the hole, and SS is shaded over. And yet I’ve heard nobody bring this up when it happened. And if they did, the nerds will just recklessly point the finger at someone else
