Ein bitteres Ende für das @DFB_Team bei der Heim-EM. Nach schwacher 1. Halbzeit hat @J__Nagelsmann reagiert und die richtigen Wechsel gemacht. Die 2.Hälfte sowie die Verlängerung geht klar an Deutschland. In 9 von 10 Fällen wird beim Schuss von @JamalMusiala Elfmeter gegeben. Today, I want to share a proposal that I’m confident will evolve @DecentralGames’ ecosystem and position our community for success in 2024 and beyond. This proposal is centered around 3 goals: 1. Simplify our ecosystem to make it as easy as possible for new players to join. 2. Double down on our most promising products to drive growth and revenue for the DAO. 3. Improve wearable utility to drive 24/7 player liquidity throughout our whole ecosystem. Let’s break down each goal and understand how to best achieve them together. Simplifying Our Ecosystem Our ecosystem has 2 major problems: 1. It’s too confusing for new players to understand all the assets in our ecosystem and figure out how to start playing. 2. Our community is divided among our different assets rather than united together as one. To fix this, we propose merging our 3 tokens (DG, xDG, and ICE) and unifying our community under a single token: the BAG token. The BAG token would have a capped supply and inherit all the utility of our current 3 tokens: use BAG to play games, buy assets, boost your loyalty rewards, and participate in governance without any staking necessary. We believe the BAG ticker has great marketing potential as it’s distinct, catchy, and easy to remember. It also serves as a first strong step to establish our brand as separate (and not limited by) Decentraland. To further simplify our ecosystem, All Access wearables will become Premium Wearables and Shine will be renamed to Tickets, which will be purchasable with USDT. Doubling Down For sustainable and effective growth, we need to focus on products that: 1. Deliver a fun gaming experience 2. Stand out from other products in the market 3. Generate revenue for the DAO treasury Based on those values, the most promising products that will benefit our community are: • Malta-licensed Metaverse Casino: The only Metaverse casino on the market and soon to be in our own native Metaverse. • Arcade app (SNGs): Non-gambling, globally accessible, and playable on any mobile or desktop browser. • Mobile casino app: This will be launched with cash poker soon and we’ll be adding more games such as slots, roulette, and blackjack. Unfortunately, Challenge Mode works against the best interest of our community. As much as we’ve poured our hearts into building, supporting, and optimizing it over the last couple of years, it doesn’t make sense for our community to continue subsidizing this game mode and harming our ecosystem. This is a tough decision, but it’s necessary for our community’s growth and we’re confident this will allow our ecosystem to flourish for the future. With this change, we’d also end halvings and introduce new utility for Premium Wearables. Improve Wearable Utility We value our Premium wearable holders and propose these new benefits for them: • Weekly Bonus USDT or Ticket drops to play casino games, enter SNG tournaments, and/or enter MTTs for free. • Unlimited stacking of your wearables to earn rewards from all of them at once. • Flexibility to play on your own schedule. • Additional utility will be added as we launch our casino app and more games. Each week, you’ll have the option to choose to earn Bonus USDT or Tickets. Your rewards scale based on the number of wearables you have and their bonuses. To continue earning weekly rewards, you’ll only need to play a minimum of once a week.
