A buddy of mine bought a new 4 bedroom townhouse with a double car garage. Leased it out a Chinese couple no pets. Had a site inspection at the 9 nine month mark to review the property. Found 6 cats living in unit. 2 additional Chinese men one from Hong Kong and Quebec from Shanghai sleeping on foam mattresses. 4 cars, parking additional cars in guest parking days on end complaints all the from neighbors. Move out day inspection. The toilets were never cleaned in one full year. Tubs and showers stained with dirt , never ever cleaned for one year. The whole place dirty as you have ever seen. Left garbage all over. Holes in the walls. The tenants dumped old furniture in the recycling bins, had to be removed by management, back charging owner. Damage deposit will be forfeited. 3rd world immigrates ARE NOT THE SAME. Canada 🇨🇦 is Broken a new society with complete lack of respect for common decency. Some cultures actually live like PIGS.
