@BestBuySupport @BestBuy I finally called a second time and was told nobody was coming (still nobody had called me) and I asked to speak to a manager and was told none were available but one would call me back THAT DAY! Guess what? It's tomorrow and STILL no phone call. Horrible service shop elsewhere!

@BestBuySupport @BestBuy The worst buying experience I've ever had. I took the day off yesterday for a scheduled TV install and NOBODY called me. I was completely ghosted and nobody showed up but the worst part is when I CALLED I was told someone would be coming shortly.
