Brilliant #motivationalinterviewing training with a dedicated bunch of Psychiatrists @CWPT_NHS. They drew a symbolic rep of MI - a Dr beautifully highlighted the need to reduce threat in patients during consultations by taking the lower place. Be a curious mouse.
