I get it. The reality is a reverse split doesn’t change the value of the equity. Our intent is to attract institutional capital, reduce volatility, and better align our share count with the scale of the business we’re building.

David, It may be a good idea to avoid further dilution, including granting employees free shares, until most shareholders of record are made whole again. Like wait long, long after the RS, and long after the promised and completed guidance. Which had better be good, really good. Don't give the shorts any further fuel to short this company. Please. Take care of your retail investors as best you can. Haven't sold, don't want to sell. But don't cause a sp drop after the RS.
