This photo is against the HOC rules as to no pictures taken in the chamber, no staged photos it goes to decorum.
I want Jamil investigated for this and who ever took the photo also should have known better.
Conservatives respect nothing, I will be filing a complaint.

In Canada, we now demand that CEO’s speak the languages we want them too. I look forward to the government getting rid of all English schools, if this is the standard we hold people to in the event they become successful in life.

I agree the CEO of @AirCanada should be fluently bilingual. He isn’t and that should be dealt with. But this week is not the time to make an issue of it. Outside of Quebec and the Ottawa bubble this is a non-issue and it reflects badly on @CanadianPM.

Just hear me out…is it also not a wildly inappropriate time for this specific CEO to quadruple down on his refusal to say basic statements in French? He’s been called out before and it’s odd he’s capable of running AirCanada yet simultaneously incapable of learning any basic French. There’s more going on imho

I get why people are rolling their eyes at this (and normally I would too!) but one of the deceased pilots was a francophone from Quebec. It would've been nice if the CEO spoke a few words to his family, in their language
