Yep, our fears have been confirmed. Steve Rogers getting more screentime than Sam Wilson and the latter's team being the lowest despite the fact the movie is literally about them. This isn't even about the Avengers, this is just a random assortment of various action figures.

@BlindEnt @naMnaSYt The fire nation wasn't an allie nation in the war. It does matter that its a real person, a messiah figure specifically. Again, it shares just as many similarities to the christ the redeemer statue in Brazil which was actually built in the era korras based off of.

something I really dont like is how americanized the world, or at least Republic City is it would make sense if each nation was based on a different part of the world, but the entire world is modeled after Asian culture, it makes no sense for this to turn into 1930s America

@Reaganreveluv @naMnaSYt Both statues represent peace, freedom, and friendship. If the statue was smaller, and in a different pose, i wouldn’t really have a problem. Also Air Temple Island, and Aang memorial island are replicas of Liberty island, and Ellis island.

@BlindEnt @naMnaSYt While I understand your line of reasoning it doesn’t directly implicate America because of the amount of different statues with different meaning/poses to them. The stance, you could argue was maybe influenced by the Statue of liberty buts it’s also a very common stance.

@Jboxy7 @naMnaSYt The Aang statue was a gift from the Fire Nation! Doesn’t matter that the statue is related to an actual person. The point is that they’re nearly 1 to 1 comparison. There are actual theories that the Statue of Liberty is modeled after the creators mother.
