@BodyProtocol
01/01/2026: I document my transformation from "fat" to fit. I follow a certain body protocol to achieve a well-rounded result. Let's improve together 💪🏃

In the Netherlands, Teslas can now drive themselves, and aside from a brief blip it's had almost no attention. @elonmusk any reason not to drop $25M on ads to make all 18M Dutch people aware, as a case study to see what happens?

I’ve just sent this to Spain’s DGT (Spain’s RDW equivalent) about approving Tesla FSD Supervised here’s the translated text: Exposes: On April 10, 2026, the competent vehicle type-approval authority of the Netherlands, the RDW, issued a type approval for the driver assistance system “FSD Supervised” (Full Self-Driving Supervised) developed by Tesla. This system has undergone an extensive evaluation and testing process for more than one and a half years, both on test tracks and on public roads, complying with the strict European standards for road safety and environmental protection. The issuing authority itself has highlighted that: Safety is the highest priority in the type-approval process. The system is an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS), with the driver remaining responsible at all times. The proper use of the system makes a positive contribution to road safety by assisting the driver in multiple driving tasks. The system incorporates advanced driver monitoring mechanisms to ensure constant driver attention. In accordance with the European type-approval procedure, this authorization is currently valid in the Netherlands, although each Member State may accept it voluntarily prior to a collective vote. Furthermore, its possible extension to the entire European Union is foreseen, subject to approval by the European Commission and the Member States. The RDW is a highly reputable technical authority in Europe, responsible for issuing approximately 50,000 type approvals annually, which reinforces the robustness, rigor, and reliability of the process followed in this case. The introduction of properly approved advanced driver assistance systems constitutes a key element in improving road safety and reducing accidents, with a direct positive impact on the protection of human life and the integrity of road users. Demands: You are kindly requested to provide information on: The current status of evaluation or processing in Spain regarding the possible authorization of Tesla’s “FSD Supervised” system prior to a vote by all Member States. The estimated timeline for its potential approval and deployment for use within Spanish territory. All of the above, considering the relevance of these technologies in improving road safety, their potential to reduce accident rates, and the fact that they have already been assessed by a highly reputable European technical authority such as the RDW. Consequently, it is requested that, to the extent possible, the adoption of this type of system be promoted within the current legal framework, with the primary objective of contributing to the protection of human lives on the roads.
