Saumil out here changing people's view of Ticketmaster one person at a time. Say what you want about them, this is a very surprising interaction from their president. He gets it. Which isn't something you can often say about someone in his position.

I need help! My son Griffin Wallace Higgs was diagnosed with cancer at 18. He died in Nov 2025. He was 28. In addition to arranging his funeral, closing his bank accounts, transferring his assets, cancelling his cell phone and myriad other tasks no parent should have to think about I have been trying to deal with @Ticketmaster to get the @foofighters tickets he purchased months ago. I have the order number for the 4 tickets he purchased. I have a letter from a lawyer saying I’m his next of kin. Ticketmaster refuses to access the tickets. They are essentially stealing from his estate. If the bank withheld his account and money it would be fraud. @Ticketmaster told me to get a lawyer. This cannot be the process. This cannot be just. Someone please help. All that remains now is for his brothers to enjoy this concert at @Rogers_Stadium leaving his seat empty in his honour. Someone? Anyone? Has anyone had to deal with this insanity while grieving? @CBCCanada

@saumil @TMFanSupport Thank you I appreciate any help and direction you can offer. It’s all I’m looking for — just to get his tickets to his brothers and I’m sorry I had to reach out on X. I felt I had no other option after contacting Ticketmaster numerous times.

Thanks @TMFanSupport I will DM the info I have. This is my frustration. TM staff keep asking me for info I don’t have and ignoring the info I do have. I would think that most people don’t expect to pass away and just in case share all of their various account info and passwords with family and friends. I did not have his bank account or investment account details either but still the bank and government was able to work with me.
