@Ticketmaster continues to make a mockery of its customers. Friends each bought their own tickets in a row. They cut some seats out because the venue was not selling, and randomly distributed them all through the stadium. TM: "Yeah, we can fix that, it will cost you $100 each."

Hey 👋 Transfer availability is determined by the event organizer and can change at any time. If the Transfer option isn't available, it isn't currently enabled for your tickets. If anything changes, the option will appear in your Ticketmaster account. In the meantime, you can use the tickets from her Ticketmaster account to enter the event with you. -EG

@NoahKahan my mom bought me tickets to your concert at Globe Life for my bday (woohoo🎉) but she cant transfer the tickets to me (oh no☹️) because there’s restrictions on transferring on @Ticketmaster is there a solution to this🙏

This album feels like a great representation of the past 10, almost 20 years. It’s a journey in being okay with yourself, your story, and the winding road that got you there. Literally floating right now thinking about this finally making its way to you. This whole album and all of the tracks would never have come to life without Matt, his and I’s shared vision, and his truly poetic gift of song writing. So lucky you’re my roommate ;) Brian Phillips, you’re a real one. And the hours spent tinkering away at every tiny detail truly helped make this album the special project that it is. Dream team. There are so many other people involved and I am forever indebted to your efforts. This week has been something hard to put into words. The buzz and excitement around the world tour, watching the tickets just disappear, adding shows, and seeing you all make this album yours is so special. I’m processing all of your love right now. anyone who’s brought concert tickets through someone re selling how can I make sure I’m not scammed, like is there a way to prove transfer is real on Ticketmaster

@TMFanSupport I was stuck outside for 3 hours at Yankee Stadium. I paid for a 7/12 concert that did not happen on 7/12. I was denied entry to the venue for hours and unable to experience what I paid for. I need a refund. #jayz  #yankeestadium @LiveNation @Ticketmaster
