Hey Carol 👋 If you have an eligible Amex Card you will have access to the queue, and when it's your turn to shop, you may be asked to provide a code to unlock access to Amex Presale Tickets (you’ll use the number on the back of your eligible Amex Card starting with 800). You don’t need to include the spaces or dashes. -TK

@Ticketmaster @oliviarodrigo I can’t get past the authenticate your code popup. I entered the code and it’s froze. Tried email and cell and it’s happening with both codes

Other sites don't vet resale listings like we do so it's unclear if any of those sellers actually have real tickets (these are called spec/speculative tickets). Still, nothing is fool-proof, and some sellers will even offer to walk you in themselves or surrender their entire account. Best advice is to stick with official ticketing partners that respect the artist's terms. -NG

@Ticketmaster Need help resolving a payout issue. My tickets sold, but I’ve had to call 4 times because something didn’t feel right—and I’m glad I did. The website and emails never flagged any issue. Each time: • My payout account shows “verified” • My taxpayer info shows “verified” • But the ticket page still prompts me to verify both Agents initially couldn’t see the issue until I pressed, and it was only after multiple calls that it was escalated. It is confusing and frustrating. Can someone review and fix my payout status? I can’t be the only one experiencing this. Happy to provide the case number via DM.

@Ticketmaster @AXS_UK @o2 you need to sort this out immediately. I can’t buy one single accessible ticket so it adds my carer ticket automatically. Then it says I can’t buy these tickets because of the spare seat. And it won’t even let me purchase the spare seat?? So I can’t buy the damn accessibility tickets
