max has been in @Ticketmaster CS hell for an hour. his phone number was corrupt in the system, so they removed it and told him to re-add it. their system will not let him re-add it. it’s being flagged as a VOIP number when it is a normal Verizon cellular number.

@Ticketmaster your glitchy mobile checkout auto-added a $25.50 Allianz "Event Ticket Insurance" charge I never agreed to — pop-ups and reloading pages on mobile check out is a dark pattern. Very unpleasant experience. Please address.
