Always said Cork 2010 were worst foot ball champions of my lifetime (don't consider lockdown All Ireland a title for Tyrone). Think Tipp are worst winners in hurling I've seen. In terms of body of work and not just one game or one half. They're not good.

New - Boss of Ryanair says the airline will have to cancel "5 - 10% of flights through May, June and July" if the Strait of Hormuz remains closed. Michael O'Leary tells @ITVJoel people should book flights for the summer "as quickly as [they] can" to avoid rising airfares.

@politicsbetclub There is very limited places that reform vote can go though, back to Tories? Labour were polling 12pc lately in Scotland

Note that no significant polling for Holyrood has been conducted since February, and since then Reform UK has been declining across multiple UK polls. I think they’ll fall below 15% in the next Scottish poll, given the chaotic campaign over recent weeks.

Saw this live and couldn't believe it. Donegal are creating a sweeper by bringing out their goalkeeper to mark on the square. It's very creative. Why didn't Kerry kick it in?

@EurovisionF2 @EurovisionNewZ The odds on Polymarket are much better for Eurovision than any sportsbook. Currently, I am building positions on France- Finland-Greece to win Eurovision. I don't like Denmark that much. You can check the odds and trade here: #uZdHrbd" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">polymarket.com/event/eurovisi…

I'm risking $1,500 to win $10,000 that France will win Eurovision 2026. Her live performance just came out and she was flawless vocally. Monroe is only 17yo and I believe with some good staging she can win the competition. The main argument against her is that people don't want an opera song to win 3 times in a row. However, even though this is opera, it's really unique and different from the past 2 winners. Can't wait for rehearsals to check her staging.

@EscSquare They are not, it's just there for liquidity rewards. When the line moved and some of it was being taken , the layer took the money off the table and moved it to a new line

Someone on Polymarket is so sure that Finland will not win Eurovision they are putting down over $140,000 against anyone willing to match it.

@TomRyan1977 @DavQuinn Make a case to a broad coalition of international powers, ie NATO with a coherent plan how to achieve and manage a regime change rather than charge in with seemingly little plan and no international support apart from Israel. They even did this with Iraq and still was a diaster

@DavQuinn So what do you suggest David? Leave the lunatics in charge in Iran forever to persecute women Christian’s and talk about genocide against Jews? Get fucking real and quit this hand-wringing

If the US and Israel reduce Iran to a Yemen-like state, the Strait of Hormuz can still be threatened indefinitely by a handful of drones. This war is totally insane.

@EoinKeane101 The cost of hiring the plane is going to be higher as you are flying into an area close to a warzone, insurance will be higher, cost of hiring the pilots plus staff will be higher as they will want hazard pay etc. it's obviously going to be more expensive than standard fare

@dontfoul Going by match reports published online. Usually try to source them from the local newspapers, but it's usually a 50 50 split between nationals and locals. I've been keeping stats for Ulster since 2010, but over Covid expanded the data set out nationally.

Don't the Epstein conspiracists ever stop to think that no matter how much data is released, they never see actual evidence of crimes? It's funny how circular it is. They start with the assumption Epstein committed crimes. Then the story becomes who he associated with and their jokes, and that's all we talk about. Because we know Epstein committed crimes, those people are guilty too. The underlying premise that something illegal was going on is never reconsidered or challenged. We have access to a lot of information about this man now. There's nothing there.

@HAMESCARDS Norway could end up with that Gold medal total anyway, but it be just accidental that your predictor matches that, as the data you are using is junk. Canada at 1.81 gold medals is so wrong as well, miles out.

@HAMESCARDS AI for this sort of stuff is still useless. The Norway analysis is well out of date,Bø and johaug both retired last year. They are also nowhere near a lock just contenders in the Nordic combine as their world champion at that Riiber retired last year.Thats like 5 gold medals gone

@bennysweens @SmSportstrader And as someone who gave McGregor no chance in that fight I would say McGregor was in the peak of his powers and was a dominant MMA and one of the best in the world, and had at least a boxing background from his youth. I genuinely don't know what argument can you make for Paul

@bennysweens @SmSportstrader Right let's say in terms of skills and experience the gap between McGregor and Mayweather is similar to AJ and Paul, but at least McGregor had a slight height and weight advantage over Mayweather ,here Paul has that also massively against him.
